Purchasing Coordinator

Digital Print Solutions is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Richfield, Ohio.

Summary:  Conducts and oversees all parts and supplies purchasing.  Assists with the service dispatch operation.

Duties include:


    • Place orders for parts and supplies for internal stock and for customers.
    • Track orders and provides updates to team members and customers as necessary.
    • Work with vendors to follow up on orders and resolve issues.
    • Process returns to vendors and follow up to ensure credit is received.

Inventory management

    • Maintain inventory item information in ERP. Update customer and vendor pricing as needed.
    • Manage stock levels for all company and technician warehouses.
    • Work with the warehouse to resolve shipment discrepancies, including incorrect items and incorrect quantities.
    • Coordinate physical inventory counts for all company and technician warehouses.

Experience and credentials:

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
  • Experience with ECI E-automate is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office product group, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in purchasing and/or inventory management.
