Production Print Field Technical Specialist

Primary Responsibility: Provide assistance to customers with high volume digital printers and office copiers/printers. Representative will be required to maintain standards of productivity, quality, and customer service.

Other duties may include and not limited to:

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and fixes customer printers and copiers.
• Assists with the set-up, delivery, installation, and removal of printers and copiers.
• Assist with customer training on occasion if and when needed.
• Sets up new machines when needed.
• Maintains proper inventory of parts through accurate record-keeping.
• Seeks opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control.
• Install and troubleshooting of basic printing and scanning solutions.
• Good working knowledge and certification of Canon printing equipment.
• Advance installation of Office or Production Print systems
• Strong working knowledge of equipment
• Mentoring others within the team
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
