Order Entry Specialist

Summary:  This position has primary responsibility for coordinating customer service and supply orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Customer Service inbox, assign emails to members of Admin team
  • Receive incoming calls and emails for supplies and parts orders
  • Enter sales orders and quotes for supplies
  • Track orders for customers
  • Receive vendor price updates and maintain vendor and customer pricing for supplies in e-automate
  • Process orders from the Red Falcon e-commerce site
  • Maintain item pricing and availability data on Red Falcon
  • Source parts and supplies from alternate vendors when applicable
  • Assist the purchasing manager with warranty returns
  • All other duties as assigned.

Location: Richfield, OH

Experience and Requirements:

  • Experience with ECI E-automate is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office product group, particularly Excel and Outlook.
