Analyst Technician

Location: Richfield, OH

Primary Responsibility: Responsible for set-up, customer training (hardware and solution), and machine connectivity.

Other duties may include and not limited to:

Provide customer service support on office product models to include:
- Solution implementation and support
- The ability to work with external customer in teaching them best practices on operation of the equipment.
- Provide hardware and customer solution training
Maintain customer satisfaction
Ability to learn new technologies

All positions require an excellent driving record and the willingness to continue your education through training and hands on experience.
